Dear MH Soccer Fans,

2010 Fall registration is now over. You may call the league hot-line and leave your information to be placed on a waiting list.  Team’s needing players to fill a roster will be called from waitling list through out the month’s of July and August.

* Please note, there are no gaurantee player on the waiting list will be placed on a team.

Important Registration Requirements
Requirement for ALL players
1. 1"x1" color photo of players head (no hats or sunglasses)

Birth Certificate Requirement
1. A copy of players birth certificate or passport is required for ALL NEW PLAYERS.
2. A copy of players birth certificate or passport is required for ALL Players this Fall season.
 * ( U12 players will be born between 8-1-99 and 7/31/00 )



Sign-up Fees
$125 for age groups U6 to U18
Payable by cash, check, or money order
- Make check out to “MHYSL”
- Fees include Picture Packet, Uniform, & Trophy
- $10 sibling discount

Volunteer To Coach!
MHYSL is always looking for coaching staff to work with our youth soccer players. It is our volunteer parents within our community where it all begins and inevitably blossoms our youth soccer players into great athletes. And as coaches, you will not only be recognized for your gracious contributions, but will also gain the
satisfaction of knowing you have helped the youth of our community.

To become a coach, simply mark the box on your registration form that you are in fact committed to coaching. MHYSL will help you get started with training and on your way to a successful and fun soccer season!
