Important Game Day Rules and Expectations (March 13/14, 2010)
- Your entire team must check in a minimum of 30 minutes before your first game at the registration booth
- COACHES: have your roster printed out before each game to provide to the referee with player jersey numbers

- UPDATE: EVC SAYS WE CANNOT USE ANY PORTION OF THE GRASS FIELD ON WEEKEND OF MARCH 13 & 14 AS IT IS STILL BEING PREPARED AND SEEDED
- On the turf field, competing teams and coaches will be in the middle corridor of the turf field (see image below)
- PLEASE inform your players, parents & guests to remain off the main grass playing fields and to utilize trash cans
- Games will still be played in light to moderate rain
- $2 EVC parking per that entire day (please drive carefully in the parking lot)
- Let everyone know this is a family-friendly event. Please show respect to players, referees, coaches and each other :)

- 7v7 on within marked half fields
- Spring outdoor roster (Substitute often and on-the-fly to get all players involved!)
- 20 minute halves for all teams
- Substitute on the fly (like indoor)
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place medals for each age group winners
- Those teams playing 4 games will have their lowest point game thrown out (not their highest point game)
- Maximum 2 coaches per team on team side
- 1 referee per game (note they will do their best in this small format play) They are all well-qualified MHYSL/CYSA referees, who at all times will be as objective as possible.

- Registration & info booth
- Utilize garbage cans onsite
- No food, gum, sunflower seeds, etc. on the turf field area at any time
This Spring Pre-Season Challenge promises to be fast and energetic. The extra challenge comes from less players on still a sizeable fast field shooting into a smaller goal! And please be cognizant of each of your players’ condition during play. Extra water will be available, if needed.
